You're committing to the first six months at the founder rate. After that, month-to-month.
Your $197/mo rate is available to you for two full years from signup, even when standard pricing goes up.
If you're not satisfied within the first 60 days, we refund every dollar you've paid. No questions.
Pricing and inclusions on this page apply to FreshOrder Founders Special signups. Standard plan pricing and terms differ. After the 24-month rate lock expires, the plan rolls to the prevailing standard rate at that time.
Storage operates on a reasonable-use basis with a soft cap of approximately 5GB; volumes materially above that are quoted. SMS overage is reconciled manually from usage reporting; sustained usage above 2,000 messages per month is treated as a signal to review usage with your account contact, not as automatic billing. Multi-workspace setups are not offered at this stage.
